All codes are a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Try these tips if you have a possible confusing letter or number in your code:

• Use the number 1 instead of the letters L or I.
• Use the letter I instead of the number 1.
• Use the number 0 instead of the letter O.
• Use the letter O instead of the number 0.

No, you can “add a child” during registration. Please be sure to add ALL children currently living in your home and still in high school or younger. This includes babies who are too young for school, as well as 18 year olds who are still in high school.

No, you should register for ALL of your children that live in your home with 1 code provided to you. If you have children in 2 or more schools, only 1 code is needed. 

We are only accepting a limited number of families. Once we reach this number, we will not allow for more registrations. Please be sure to complete registration as soon as possible to ensure you have a spot with us.

There are 3 options:

1. Use publicly available internet at the library, or ask a friend or relative to allow you to complete the registration process on their phone or computer.
2. Ask your referring agent (school counselor, church partner, or another partner agency) to help you fill out the registration. 
3. Leave a message on our phone line for someone to walk you through the online registration process at 704-873-1738.
